Second Board of Directors meeting was held on April 21st, 2007 at the Inn at Somerset Hills, Basking Ridge. NJ.
The board authorized the acceptance of membership of the general public at an annual fee of $10 or lifetime membership at $125.00. Members will be entitled to attend open board meeting and receive a MTAP newsletter 3 times a year. Nancy (Reading) Herman was voted on the board.

The first phase of the Reading Burying Ground stabilization was completed on October 26th, 2006.
The plot has been completely cleared of underbrush and many large trees have been removed. The 16 tombstones that have been found have all been reset. Some of the stone wall enclosing the plot has been restored, but much of the wall repairs have not yet been made. View the photos here.

The IRS granted Tax Exempt Status under section 501 (C) 3 code to the Mt. Amwell Project in a letter dated May 10, 2006.
Contributions are now tax deductible under section 170 of the code

First Board of Directors meeting was held on March 4th, 2006.
The Board of directors was officially elected. The budget for the upcoming year was finalized.
It was determined that the full restoration of the Reading burial ground would take place in July.
